I had a $15.00 order that by the time they had my credit card number approved it turned into over $41.00. Rip off company.

I wanted this because it was cheap and easy to install, however, the picture is horrible, and the sound very low. The software on the company sit is hazardous to Microsoft and s not supported or certified by Microsoft. I am hoping to contact the company to see if this problem can be fixed, however, i must wait until Monday since they do not operate over the weekend.

But the cam itself isn’t the best. The lights tend to dim a lot for some reason, it doesn’t seem to have enough power to last very long, specially with the lights. It works, it does work… just not for very long.

Total junk. No brand name. No software included. Software download provided by HDE didn’t work either. Even at this price point you get less than you pay for. Avoid the camera. Avoid the company.

Just as other reviewers have noted, you get what you pay for. This product works just fine for basic usage; sometimes the camera freezes up but a little adjusting of the USB and it’s fine. I have no problems with the microphone. I can’t complain at all for a camera/mic combo that costs less than $10.
I definitely recommend it if you don’t need anything special.
