The problem with a new apple gadget is that third party products are few and far between. I was happy to find this product and reasonably priced. The silicone makes the iPad feel softer and makes me less worried about scratching the coffee table. We keep our iPad at home so we were not really looking for a sleeve or book style case. With the silicone case, it keeps the iPad “feel” without adding extra bulk. I have not installed the screen protector yet…I’ll update my rating if it is as bad as others have said. Bottom line, the price is great if you want something to protect your iPad. If I travel in the future with the iPad, I will likely find a different case that is suitable for travel but this product works great at home for everyday use.

I bought this as an interim case for my iPad and I will say that for the money, it was a good buy. However, it is not without it’s issues. The one that bothers me the most is although the access is there for the charging port and the headphone jack, but getting things plugged is difficult at best. I find that i have to take the corner off to plug headphones in. The other issue is that you cannot easily access the screen lock above the volume control. If you are looking for something on the cheap that will keep your iPad from slide off of the table but don’t expect much more, this works. I am just waiting on the otterebox case for it to be released

It’s almost impossible to install the screen shield leaving no bubbles, making the beautiful IPad look awful
Also, the case it’s not really silicon, but a cheap slippery plastic, you can’t hold the ipad in the natural way it was designed for. I’d recommend to spend the $30~50 dlls to get something good; this device really deserves it.

Case is loose on the edges and looks/feels flimsy.
Screen guard missing from the package.
Sent message to vendor 3 days ago, still no answer (this is the main reason for the single star).
