This product is great.
The packaging was horrendous!
Only one piece of tape along the top of the box joining the two flaps.
Well, that tape split on the sides of the box and you were able to reach right in!
No packing just the parts thrown in. the box was way too big for the item as well.
No packing slip with list of contents, either.
Very unprofessional.

Looks and runs like new. (I still think it is.)
Had trouble with prior similar machines with plastic parts.
This one is metal and I can say proudly…..It really sucks.

I gave my gas powered Craftsman to my neighbor. This Black and Decker unit work as good (if not better). I made a good purchase.
