Use it to keep the main files on my PC with me when I travel, etc. I keep the data on the encrypted partition you can make with the packaged software. Works great, goes everywhere, works when you plug it in…

Biggest issue is the lack of cover at the insertable portion of the memory stick.

I actually didn’t buy this item, but instead received it as a warranty replacement.
I have mixed feelings about this Drive.
Likes:
-Easy to use security feature which hides files from being viewed or accessed unless a password is entered. I personally use a dual partition (protected and unprotected), allowing for both secured file storage as well as space for files that need to be accessed quickly.
-It is relatively fast, especially compared to other Datatravelers I have used
Dislikes:
-Let’s say it is like putting a Lamborghini engine in a cardboard box that is missing one side. The drive has a protective cover that slides over the usb connector. This is a fast option, but not safe in that it is by no means weather proof. The main body is week. Most Datatravelers I have owned were rock solid. This drive flexes a little when I squeeze it with my fingers. Apparently material costs were cut in the making of this drive.
Overall a decent drive, but I would have liked to have seen a stronger body and a cap. Not sure if I would have bought the drive, but I cannot complain since it was a warranty replacement.
