Quickcam MessengerI ordered on 2/20/2009. On 5/7/2009 the item has not been received, nor have I been provided with any info to track it. There is no telephone # on their site. I called the 800 number on my credit card statement. Was told the ANTONLINE’s # wasn’t 800 – it was 877. I called that number and was offer a fee based service to be able to complete the call. If you’d like to deal with someone that doesn’t hide from you, avoid ANTONLINE.

Got the QuickCam Messenger instead; cam and microphone work out of the box; same specs. Also tried the MS VX-1000; did not work. Suspect the drivers will be updated eventually.

Easy to hook up and get working – took only 5-10 minutes total…Image quality is just ok but good enough for most purposes.

Good quality camera for the reasonable price. We have used it a few times and our boys love it. Seems to be easy to use.
