Company was very easy to work with. They shipped second screen shield with no issues. Problem was both plastic protectors can with minor bends and dents in them that could not be pushed or ironed out. In affect bubles frm at those spots. Other then that if you follow the directions provided by the company on yuotube you will get perfect install. I believe dents happened during shipment and will continue to work with company to get flat prestine protector. With company would add card board or some sort of hard cover to both sides of plastic while shiping. That should resolve the issue.

this product is the best ever. it went on easy. the cover protects the ipad from scratches, dents, and dirt. it even prevented water damage when i put my ipad down on the table and water was there. the rubber case prevented the water from getting in contact with the ipad. if you need a protective cover for your ipad. this is the one. don’t waste your money on anything else.

This product was purchased for the one simple reason, to provide temporary protection until the Apple iPad Case was shipped to me. It is nothing special but it did serve the purpose. I was a wee disappointed that it took longer than most items I order on Amazon to receive. By time I got it, I only needed it for a couple of days before my real case arrived. All I can say is that if you afford an iPad, spring for the black case directly from Apple. It looks nicer, has a nicer feel and really complements the iPad. If you really need to go cheap, this does not provide protection for the iPad but does not fit perfectly so you need to play around a bit to make it fit nice.

I bought two of these and both fit poorly for different reasons. The holes don’t line up and the edges don’t grip the screen well. You can’t dock the iPad without removing the cover which I knew about but is a pain none the less. It is sad to cover the beautifully crafted iPad in a loose fitting sock. Save your money or get something by Speck. This product falls into the future landfill heading. I haven’t tried the screen protector because the concept seem silly. I keep a iPhone in my pocket with my keys for the last two years and the screen still looks new so I am sure the iPad glass is equally scratch resistant. The minisuit cleaner is equally useless.
