I bought this toothbrush because of so many 5 star reviews. I used this toothbrush for about 45 days, and now I am returning to amazon for only 80% refund because it pasted 30 day return period.
Here is why I did not like this toothbrush
1. The toothbrush is powerful, but just push dirt up to near and under the gum.
2. Made my gum bleed a couple of times (bad bleeds, enough to make a cup of water red), I tried different settings. Happened about after the 40th day.
3. My gum feels very loose now, probally because of the toothbrush being so powerful, and I don’t think that is a good thing.
4. Overall, Teeth are not cleaner, just pushes all the dirt to the gum, lossen gum, bleeding gum, I do not like this product at all, and feel ripped. no wonder its a 28 day guarantee… when the bad effect happen after 28 days.

Just like another reviewer posted, my overpriced toothbrush crapped out 10 days after the Amazon return policy. Just like his, it lights up, but doesn’t vibrate even though the battery is fully charged. I will have to send it back to Philips. Save your money and buy 100 regular toothbrushes and you will be much happier.

Wow, what an awful purchase. First of all, the motor on this thing is ridiculous. The toothpaste will not even stay on the brush! Literally I put the toothpaste on and I turn on the brush and the paste falls off in 2 seconds. Next, when I put the toothbrush to my mouth it tickes so much it is on the border of being painful. I dont know how anyone can use this brush on the inner part of their mouth. And as I brush, specs of water and paste go flying and my mirror has spots all over it. What a disaster this toothbrush is and I recommend everyoen spend $5 on a nice brush and not $100, which is ridiculous. Just floss and use mouthwash and a regular toothbrush.

This product has turned a routine activity — brushing my teeth — into a daily pennance.
It now takes two hands to brush my teeth — one to hold the toothbrush and the other to keep pressing the toothbrush end into the base to keep it from falling off. On top of that, the on-off button is positioned so it is easy to press, so you have to keep turning the thing back on.

The product is fine. there is some noise coming from the uv sanitizer even when it is not on. easy fix unplug it. amazons shipping sucks though. if you want it you might as well pay extra for shipping because it will take 3 weeks to get to you with the free ship. I won’t buy anything else from here. order one for your self and watch your toothbrush go from kentucky to pennsylvania to ohio and then finally to you. I don’t know how that reduces the shipping costs but, WHATEVER amazon!
