This is a great converter. It powers my macbook without any problems. It is a little louder than I imagined, but nothing that bothers me, and I can’t really hear it when the car stereo is on. Overall great product, great price, and it also has the usb charging for a bonus.

The Power Line 0900-73 200/400-Watt Slim Line Inverter is a piece junk! This item worked for an hour and then start blowing my fuses.I change from a 15amp to a 20amp fuse and it blow it out as well..I called the company about this item,I told them about the problem I was having with it,they didn’t seem to be surprise about it,so they sent me a new inverter without asking for the old one…Guess What? The new inverter did the same thing as the first,I didn’t bother with reporting the second inverter,I think the company knows that they have a bad batch of inverters..

I have had this inverter for over a year, think I purchased at Wal-Mart. It has worked fine. Slim fits in my laptop case easily moved from car to car. I blew it up when I tried to charge my cordless drill battery now it sounds like a sound effect on Star Trek with the addition of flashing lights. Other than this I have not had any problem described by the other reviewers. So I am going to throw the dice and get another because all the 400 watt inverters are so bulky.

I purchased this at Walmart and was excited to use it over the weekend at the lake. unpacked it at the lake and was very disappointed because it would not fit either power outlet of my 2000 Ford F-150. Returned it no problem.
